We aren’t getting any notifications regarding please viewing and accepting quotations at the moment?
It also doesnt set the estimate to agreed either?
Is anyone else having this issue?
Please can we have this investigated?

Can I just clarify what notifications you’re referring to - do you mean the ones in the event log, in the top right corner of your QuickFile account, the email notifications, etc.?

Recent events has just started working but it still doesn’t show if people have agreed the quote…
We don’t get an email and it’s not showing next to the estimate in the estimates list that it’s been agreed.
We are getting this with multiple clients.
Are they actually clicking “accept” though? I think out of the tens of quotes I’ve sent out I’ve only had 2 click accept, and one of those I think was accidental. Usually they send a message or email that just says they agree.

I’ve just given this a test run on another account and the estimate has been updated to “AGREED” and I received the acceptance email all OK.
I would certainly check in with your client to ensure they are clicking agree and continuing through the process all OK. If they are still experiencing issues, any details like a screen recording or similar to help diagnose the issue, would be really helpful.

I’ve just viewed an estimate that i sent to a client via a link…
Even that didn’t show in the recent events list…
There is definitely something wrong.
If you would like to send a private message to @QFSupport with your QuickFile account number an example of an estimate if you’re happy for us to try and accept an estimate? We can revert it back to sent afterwards

I can do that however it’s not just accepting the estimates which is the issue.
Notification, Recent events both on the dashboard and individual items aren’t working correctly.
I’ve viewed an estimate as if i was a client and it’s not updating in recent events to say it’s been viewed.
Just for other users to be aware - there was a delay in the event log being updated. This has since been rectified.
