Closing down account following a change of company type

I’ve changed from LTD to Sole. I’ve set up a new Quickfile account and you’ve helped me move data and my subscription for the bank feed. I don’t require the old account. How do I close it as I don’t want to pay for two accounts. The bank feed seems to be still active in the old account which obviously incurs unnecessary transactions.

However, you’re welcome to leave the account there. You could disable the bank feed from More Options in the respective bank accounts, and providing no further transactions are added, the account should fall into the free tier.

Thanks, that’s great. I have now deleted the bank feed for the current and the PayPal account. I would assume this will stop any transactions on this account.
