I am about to complete my year end accounts, could someone please confirm if my Closing Stock from last year will now appear in this years as Opening Stock

Yes closing stock for last year should be opening for this year

Does Quickfile transfer it automatically to this current year or do i add the opening stock manually?
I would like to also know the answer to this?
