I have successfully integrated the bank feed into QF from Co-op business banking. However, the bank reference is literally the reference to the bank payment/receipt. How can I get the feed to show me the payee’s/payer’s name?

Unfortunately the information that is posted to your bank statement is how the data is given to us, there is no way to amend this.
