Financial Adviser firm - Where can I find guidance on how to set up a company that earns commission on contracts sold, then pays a portion of that commission to contracted self employed individuals. Not sure if I should set up the contractors as suppliers and also how to manage the companies where the commissions are paid from - also suppliers?
What does your accountant say regarding the accounting treatment? If you haven’t got one I’d suggest finding one first.
