Comms for paid for support

Can someone please confirm Joe is working on my support? I’ve sent a few e-mails but not had even an acknowledgement back. E-mails were sent to his quickfile address. I’m not overly bothered about the timescale - just want to be sure everything is in hand and e-mails have been received. Thanks, Lee
