Any way of supressing the reminder about Companies house filing? - I did it, reminder just winding my OCD up!

You can disable them under Account Settings >> All Settings >> Privacy Settings
However, we do check with Companies House on a regular basis, so it may be worth just double checking your submission was received all OK.
