Company settings change not accepted

Hello I have gone into company setting to change my business address and thats all I have done . I ahve not changed anything in "client area " which says what it always has ie
https:// my business name.quickfile.co.uk

but as I try to save my change of address its saying underneath the client area above
Please enter no more than 25 characters.

can you help please , (have not given my business name as this is a public forum )
also I need to change the business address on my invoices but not sure how to can you advise

Just to confirm, the box with the client area name is, you’re leaving this as it is with the existing green text in - is that correct?

yes thats right Matthew I have not needed to change that it stays the same

I wanted to add our new address to our invoices too but couldn’t work out how

I have two accounts one personal and one business its the business one I want to change ​
