We have around 4 small separate accounts that I will need to use qucikfile for and I’m wondering whether it is best to set up 4 separate quickfile accounts or to use affinity. I am looking for what is the simplest way and the cheapest. All responses gratefully received.

The simplest methods depends on how much activity is on each account. If you login just once a month or so to do a few things then the individual accounts are more than okay. If you have quite a lot of activity on each account then, of course, affinity would be easier.
Each small individual account would be a free account. Under affinity you would pay £6.80 per month plus VAT - assuming they are connected all the time
