Configuring numeric value to Nominal Account

I have a need to create some additional nominal accounts. I need to specify the Account ID.
We are a Scout Group, and have charitable INCOME that needs to have values in the 4000-4999 range, but Quickfile auto-allocates the values. What I need is to be able to assign the categories to match specific values previously used in other packages.

4700 Donations Received
4701 Subscriptions Received
4706 Event fees Received
4710 Fundraising Income
4711 Fundraising Income special event

The 8201 subscriptions cannot be used as this is an expenditure category, and searching all the references for Sage, AccountingWeb, etc cannot find any predefined categories.

My allocation of nominal account identifiers is based on:
4xxx range is required for Income
47xx range is unused
470x is used for income for which the Gift Aider can be identified, and these income range can be classed for gift aid application.
4700 Donations - matches the 8200 for outbound donations
4701 Subscriptions - matches the 8201 for outbound subscriptions
4706 Event fees received (avoiding 02,03,04,05 similar in 82xx range)

471x is aggregated income for which gift aid cannot be claimed , such as fundraising events or collections
4710 Fundraising Income against general funds
4711 Fundraising Income against a specific special event
471x Fundraising income against xxx event

Feedback gratefully received, and request for enhancement to allow us to configure the specific value to match existing accounts

I can certainly leave this open for others to comment and vote, if we get more support for this proposal we will convene a suitable time to review the scope of the changes.

I don’t really see much of an issue here providing the custom codes fall within the range of our own numbering convention for separating sales, purchases, overheads, assets etc. Generally the main headers you see in the chart of accounts.
