Connecting QuickFile to hmrc for vat return

I’m trying to connect QuickFile to hmrc for my vat return. How do I do this, under Reports there is no option to do so. This is the first time I’ve used QuickFile for my small business; so my vat return this time is a zero return, does this affect things?
