Control Panel - ESTIMATES

Hiya

I am using ESTIMATES function of quickfile as a Booking Confirmation form. Everything seems to be working fine as far as generating, sending and viewing is concerned

My problem is that when the user looks at his control panel or messaging system, the word ESTIMATE appear. Is there anyway i can change the Word ESTIMATE to BOOKING CONFIRMATION when the user is looking at their control panel or querying the Booking Confirmation

This should be possible using the advanced customisation tool with some CSS. This would require a Power User Subscription to implement, although if you have this I’m happy to help you with the updates.

   I am on the affinity platform, would I still need to sign up for this subscription?

Yes I’m afraid the Advanced Customisation Tools are only available on Power User accounts.

Apologies, I should have asked this before . If I want the power user subscription, do I need to pay £45 for each account? if not, I cannot see where I need to go when to make the payment when I am logged in on my affinity screen

Hi Harry,

It is on a per account basis. Sorry I should have explained this as it’s a different way to sign-up for Affinity accounts.

You need to go to Account Settings >> Advanced Features

Scroll down and you should see a grey box like this.

Expand it and you will find an Upgrade button.

Its all done on my conciergeservices quickfile account. Any help now to change appearance of ESTIMATE to CONFIRMATION in the user control panel and messaging screens using css will be greatly appreciated.
