I have been using quickfile for a few months now and it is an excellent platform.I need to generate multiple invoices with the same dates each month for music therapy sessions with the same clients but there is no way to copy and paste in the date column. This makes my monthly generation of 100 plus invoices really painstaking.
Is there no way you guys to add this feature to the software?
I tried your previous suggestion of copy invoice but then it becomes a nightmare with trying to find the linked email address etc to different clients and the next invoice number.
By “Date” column, do you mean the “Item” column on the invoice?
I’ve just tried copy and paste with this column, which has worked all OK. If you could provide a few more details about the issue, we’ll certainly take a look at this for you
What web browser are you using? I’m not able to replicate this unfortunately.
Maybe using the sales inventory would be an easier way to achieve this? You can save items with a description and unit value to reuse in other invoices.
