The help details state that “If you have multiple directors and would like to track what each director is owed or owes the company, you can create additional Director Loan Accounts under the loan header in the bank management section.” but when I try to create an account under the Loan section it asks for bank details, there is no option to set the nominal or choose a System Control Account, which is how the default one is set up.

Additional directors loan accounts are treat the same as other bank accounts (and the existing directors loan account), entering bank details is not mandatory and the new accounts would be stored alongside the existing bank accounts.
So does nothing need to be done to set the nominal code?

When you set up a bank account in the loan category it will use the next available 1200 code (along side the banks and existing directors loan).
