I’m trying to create contacts so I can email invoices but I don’t want to create logins for my customers - I just want to send the invoices.
Quickfile is asking for a password to create the contacts - why do I need a password for every contact if I am not creating logins for them? How do I get around this?
Every contact by default has a login because of the way invoices are sent. If you send them a link to view the invoice for example, they use their login to view it.
If you don’t want to use the logins or you send the invoice as an attachment rather than a link, you can leave it so QuickFile generates a random password for them.
