I’ve just tried to create a new profile to add to my affinity account, and its coming up with an error saying the passwords don’t match.
This has never happened before, so i’m guessing some changes have been made behind the scenes?
I always use the system generated email address and password when creating a new account, as I’ve always assumed that’s how the system knows that its my affinity account … am i doing it wrong?

Just to clarify, you’ve tried to create a brand new profile and it’s come up with an error stating the passwords don’t match, even though you haven’t entered anything and left it as it was (e.g. as QuickFile generated). Is that correct?
Did you try again, and if so, did you encounter the same issue?
yes, left everything the same and tried it several times over a few hours - in the end, the only way to generate the new profile was to change the password to a new totally different password - but i left the email exactly as per QF generated.
