Creating a new purchase

I am having an issue creating a new purchase. Despite entering a value I keep getting a fault that says “The value of the purchase must be greater than zero”.
Can anyone help please

The warning would usually appear if the invoice is set to zero (e.g. the overall value is zero, or possibly one line is blank).

Are you able to provide any more details please? For example, are any of the lines set to zero? Are all the required fields filled (supplier name, date, etc.)? What browser are you using?

Anything which could help us replicate your issue (even a screenshot) would be a great help, and we’ll certainly try to help you.

The actual line of the invoice (in the ‘Total’ column) is set to 0.00. This needs to be greater than 0. Assuming the invoice has been paid in full, it should be set, in this case to £21.81, which then also marks the invoice as paid.
