Creating a Recurring template with +1 month

I want to create a recurring template and I am using the ||month|| and || year|| variables.
Is it possible to get the next month and the next year variables?
I wanted to add for the month bill that happen on the 28-29 an 30 the next month, not the previous one as it is paid in advance.
