On my Debtor ageing report there is an amount in the CR Balance column. However, when I click on this to see what its make up of it takes me to the Client screen, so I can’t see how to see what’s included. Please help

Clicking on the balance in the ‘CR Balance’ column, as you rightfully say, takes you to the client view screen. The CR balance is basically the ‘Prepayments’ shown in the top right hand corner of the client screen (the one that loads when you click the balance).
If you want to see a full breakdown of these credits, click View >> All Payments, and do an advanced search for Unallocated. These are the payments that make up the prepayment balance.
