I’m getting an error message when i try to upload my most recent CSV file. It’s saying
No Transactions Were Saved to Your Account
Please check that the columns in your CSV are correctly mapped.
When I open the file on the computer there are lots of transactions there.
It sounds like the columns aren’t in the same order we’re expecting them.
When you’re importing the bank transactions, are you using a bank from the list? Could you try using “Other” please and manually map the columns?
