CSV report not updating getting error message

Hi my CSV bank report is not updating IU get an error message , it worked fine last week and I haven’t changed what I am doing can you help
it says please check the CSV columns ion your report are correctly mapped but i have done nothing different or changed anything

It sounds like it may be an issue with the CSV file the bank is issuing. What bank is this for?

HI Matthew its the Co-operative bank its always been fine before this is the first time I have had any issues

Unfortunately it’s not uncommon for banks to change things which can result in them not working suddenly.

Please if we can fix it is would be pleased as this will be a real nuisance
