Hello, our current account provider is not listed and we would like to upload our statements to the system. Please could you add or advise how to proceed? The bank is Coutts & Co, 440 Strand, London.

We will look at getting your bank added to the list. What I would suggest when uploading your statement for now is to select the option “other”. This will then allow you to map the columns in your CSV export manually.
It’s possible that Coutts use the same format as RBS or Natwest, if you wanted to send a private message to me with just the headers of the CSV file we can look into this for you.
Hello Mathew, thanks for your reply. I selected ‘other’ and was able to upload the statement to the system successfully. I can’t figure out how to message you privately though… ? I’m very new to this system… I’ll send you the headers if you can let me know!
