Hi We have been setting up custom trading style for use with trading with separate brands, same company.
Is there a way of changing the following when issuing out invoices
the business name,
email from and
rely to fields.
Also can you have different css for different custom trading styles?
We did a test and while we can customise the logo and set up other parts, for some reason i cannot see where to do the above and when sending out invoices it comes up with the primary business name instead of the new trading style.
Hopefully this is straightforward? Any help with this much appreciated.
Thanks
We have seen the routine email section which has a Default EMAIL ADDRESS and EMAIL FROM NAME box but can we customise this for different trading styles?
The business name - yes, this is possible. If you go to Account Settings >> Design Customisation >> Additional Trading Styles, you can edit the trading style and specify the details there:
The email from and reply-to fields aren’t possible at the moment, but we can certainly consider adding this in the future.
Of course! When previewing an invoice, you can change the template and CSS to suit.
Where are you seeing this part? I’ll take a look to see what’s expected here and should be able to advise from there
this seems to be in the email with invoice sent out…
We need the Business name, and Email From and Reply to fields to be in the name of the Custom Trading style business?
Can you let me know when you expect this to be in place please?
its not quite fully functional / customised when clients are seeing the original Business name, and details instead of the custom trading style entity details…Thanks
I’ll certainly ask for the “From name” to be updated, and we can consider the other features for the moment. It may be best to start a new thread in the Feature Request category to keep track of this better.
As above, we can consider adding these but at this time this isn’t on our planner. Personally, I’m not sure how much of a difference this makes seems you’re the same legal entity (just one trading as), but starting the Feature Request request thread will allow us to explore this and the feasibility of it.
