Customer analysis

One thing I would find really useful is to be able to get an analysis of customers by total invoiced value for a defined period.

The only way I have found is to extract the invoices CSV from the backup and then run a pivot table, which makes the whole process quite laborious.

Could we have a feature perhaps? I appreciate it may impose a server load, but perhaps it could be a regular task that could be scheduled to run out of hours, like the backups do?

I think it would need to be a scheduled report, we did look at this but it was a real mess trying to develop a query to extract this data in real-time. We are developing an advanced reporting system, they will form part of the upgrades we are doing in Affinity this year.
