Customer charged twice

Hi I have a client charged twice for an invoice via Go Cardless
Phoned Go Cardless and they say two requests were made by Quickile on successive invoice numbers but there’s onlie one invoice in the Quickfile account.
Could you please contact to investigate

Go Cardless wouldn’t just charge twice, if they are saying there are two successive invoices then you must have created two at some point?
