I have a customer who claims they are not able to view the attached estimate / quote, but the system tells me that they have opened the QuickFile email supplied. I have sent the email on two occasions and also attached the estimate at a pdf to QuickFile email, but they still claim there was no attachment when QuickFile was opened?
I have tried coping the estimate and saving as a pdf, with intention of sending via my business email software, but can’t see how I can save as pdf!
Is anyone able to help / advise ref technical issue asserted by customer and also whether there is a way of saving the estimate as a pdf?
