Hi. Not sure if this is me but where i have a longer invoice my customer can only see the costings without any of the detail behind the work when the click the link in the system generated email. I have altered the text in the email now to state they should click the download link in their cliemnt area or they wont be able to see the detail behind the work. Is this correct?

If I’ve understood correctly, then it sounds correct.
The details on the email are basically a summary of the invoice, and the link will reveal the full details (invoice lines etc.)
