I have noticed this week that when a customer makes a payment through paypal by clicking on the pay now button from their invoice. The Invoice is no longer marked as paid automatically. Is this correct or is it a bug from an update?
Should I manually mark these as paid or will it happen at some stage?
You can go to the invoice and manually pay it, just make sure to pay it to your PayPal merchant account.
When I tested, everything worked fine… however it seems there’s a particular case whereby some invoices may not get automatically flagged as paid. We’ve isolated this issue and will release a fix shortly (today/tomorrow). Please let me know if the problem persists thereafter.
