Data export on banking reconciliation

When doing the banking reconciliation I got the following message when trying to export:

We had a problem generating your file, please retry later!Not Found
"

I tried to replicate this but I wasn’t able to. Are you able to give me a few steps so I can copy exactly what you’re doing, please?

I was working on the Client Account. Did the bank reconciliation bit and then I selected all and pressed Export Data.

Just tried again and had the same message
