Date locked when trying to import a statement

Hi - I am trying to upload a statement to 5.4.20 but my account says that is locked
How can i change this please


Hi @Twins1998

This is usually caused by an account lock. If you go to Account Settings >> All Settings >> Account Lock Date.

This is normally put in place, either manually or through running a year end process.

Just double check the dates in the import too. For example, make sure they’re in a UK format rather than US (dd/mm/yyyy).
