Deactivated Starling Feed

My Starling automated bank feed has stopped working and in the settings it says:
“This bank feed is not currently active because your account access has been deactivated.
Please re-connect your Starling bank account.”

How do I go about fixing this? I have paid £15 to have the active feed and it randomly stopped working about a month ago. Since then I have had to manual input all my transactions, which is less than ideal!

Hi @OperationEscape,

I think a few people have had this problem, you should have had a notification within the Starling App to re-authorise QuickFile but if you miss it then I believe the easiest way is to delete the feed in QuickFile and set it up again.

Once set up you should be able to refresh back 14 days to pick up any missed transactions
