Our business routinely sends out 250 sales invoices which require the exact same file attachment.
Is there a way to set this file as an attachment on ALL invoices by default rather than having to go into each invoice individually to attach the same file?
I am hoping this could either be done a default setting or even perhaps added to the “more options” drop down when selecting multiple invoices.
I did look at using the supplementary pages, but with the attachment being at least 8 pages long it would be better to have as attachment rather than forcing the additional pages onto the actual invoice printout.
I’m afraid there’s currently no automatic method for attaching files to invoices. We could possibly look at altering this so that a file is attached to all invoices created, although I think other users would need more granular control, i.e. only attach a given file for specific clients or trading styles.
Another possible option would be to create a hyper link in your invoice notes that points to the file and allows any client to download it. This can then be set on your default invoice notes, so requires no further manual intervention.

The dropbox or website server file location idea had come to mind, and I will most likely go in that direction, but thought it best to check first to see if there was another way.
