Hello. I paid yesterday for confirmation statement but you dont tell to people before they pay , that the process is not automated and payment to companies house could take 3 days (if someone pay at weekend but the deadline is today). So in this way the people could loose their company because is possible to proceed the peyment to companies house after the deadline ! You should inform people before they pay that this service is available only 5 days before the deadline because then the company is in danger to lost it. I paid yesterday to you and still the payment is not processed to companies house and today is the deadline so i worry now to loose my company ! Please proceed the payment within the next 1 hour otherwisw inform me that you can not do this and i will pay from here. i can not have this in my mind for all the day ! I need to solve it fast today !

The process depends on a few different factors, and one that some people miss is the email requesting further information. As part of the new process with Companies House, they require each director and PSC to verify their identity which generates a code, and this is needed as part of the CS01 submission.
Companies House also requires an email address for the company.

Hello and thank you for your reply. Already i am identified to companies house. Anyway is it possible to return the payment ? I can do confirmation statement on my side i think by login to my companies house account.
