Delayed direct debit how to cancel and change the date

This is before the direct debit goes to gocardless

If this is attached to a recurring invoice you can change the deferment in days so the request to GoCardless only goes n days after the invoice is created.

You will find this in the recurring invoice edit screen.

When you initially schedule the direct debit to be taken out say on Monday, customer calls to ask you to delay for 1 week, can I rescheduled it if the case?

I believe that there is no facility for this in QuickFile directly, but you should be able to achieve this in your gocardless dashboard here:https://gocardless.com/users/sign_in

You may have to simply cancel the request and then reinitiate it?
