If an invoice is created for a client who has a GoCardless mandate setup and later the invoice is deleted (prior to the payment going through) - will QuickFile cancel the GoCardless payment?

We don’t cancel any direct debit requests at the moment. You would need to do this directly through the GoCardless dashboard with them.
To make it easy however, if you go to Reports >> All Reports >> Direct Debit Report, this will show you all the Direct Debits we’re aware of (linked to your account), with a link directly to GoCardless to view and manage them.
