I have been trialling Quickfile for a little while now and think it will be very suitable for my needs. I now need to set it up for real with a view to starting with it properly in the new tax year.
If I use the delete all data function will it just delete all my current (test) transactions for sales and purchases but leave all my customisations, settings and bank feed (including rules) etc intact?
When you go to remove data from your account, it’ll give you some options to choose from you’re unable to change 2 of these, however, it’s your choice if you want to also delete customer and supplier details:
The data you select to delete is the only data that’s deleted. So your bank feeds will still run, your invoice customisation is left the same as well as any default notes that you’ve added for your invoices / estimates.
