Deleted bank accounts keep reappearing

I created a new bank account and Quickfile created two copies of it. I delete each copy and the deletion is confirmed but if I refresh the page or leave and return, both copies are there again. I have looked at an earlier post with the same issue but it doesn’t provide an answer for me. There are no transactions linked to each copy.

One thing I did do was create the account in another browser window so this may be part of the problem.

I’ve just sent you a private message on this forum to get some more account info. The best way for us to resolve this is to see what’s happening on your account.

Thanks for the information on the PM. Just as a general pointer for the benefit of other users, any bank accounts with opening balances assigned, need to have their opening balances cleared before the account can be deleted.
