Deregistered for VAT

Hello. In an effort to be more competitive in the current market, I have deregistered for VAT. I can see that the system knows this as it shows my VAT return to be completed to my final day. However, are there any other changes I need to make to my settings in order to be able to complete my year end return?

Once your VAT period comes to an end, you will need to disable the VAT registered option (Account Settings >> Company Settings), which will remove all the VAT options from your invoices.

However, you will need to do this after submitting your final return.

So submit your final return, and then disable VAT on your account.
