Detag button not working

I need to Detag some items but when I click on the red detag button it is not working. It used to work but it seems to have stopped working. Do you have any suggestions?

Is the button clickable (e.g. is it red rather than grey)?
If it is red and you click it, what happens? Does any information appear (e.g "This transaction is tagged to invoice #123), or do you receive an error message?
