Detag transactions

Hi
In bank statement I cannot detag any transaction, it was ok previous to me tagging a window that kept appearing and I don’t know how to get back to how it was before?

You should be able to click the little green ‘tagged’ box on the bank statement, and click ‘detag transaction’ in the box:

You should also then get a pop up asking you to confirm this:

The exception is if the transaction is locked (e.g. in a locked accounting period, or created by a journal etc).

Are you seeing any of the steps above?

Yes the box appears but when I click on the red detag transaction nothing happens

Are you using Google Chrome by any chance? If so, my suspicion would be that Chrome is blocking the pop ups (you may have clicked a button and not realised it). Closing the tab, and reopening it would fix this.

Hi yes I am using Google Chrome, i have closed the tab 7 reopened my account and it is now working ok :slight_smile: thank you
