Did not collected but won't let re request it

I created an invoice yesterday and requested the direct debit before sending the invoice to client. This has not collected the dd but won’t let reapply. Please advise what I need to do? Many thanks in advance

Hi @nicky, I can see one direct debit on your account yesterday. Its status shows “INITIATED” and it would take up to 7 working days for funds to be collected and reflected in the account.
