Difference in Sales Totals

Hi there
I have noticed a difference in sales totals. The Quickfile dashboard graph shows a different total in sales when compared to the search sales e.g 01.03.2025 to 31.03.2025. It is quite a significant difference. I have checked previous months January and December for example and they agree.
I’m just wondering what this could be.

Hello @witchywoo

The dashboard provides a snapshot as of today.

If you are searching the sales you would need to apply a search for 01/03/2025 - 06/03/2025 for it to match the dashboard.

Thanks Steve.

I can see why it is different now if it is only up to today’s sales (on the dashboard) as I raise quite a lot of invoices in advance on the system which obviously aren’t showing.
