Direct Debit Change

Hi I am changing bank account can you please advise how I change my bank details so that my Direct Debit payment to yourselves does not fail?


Quickfile doesn’t take payments via direct debit. You have to provide your card details every time you pay a quickfile bill. So, no bank details to change.

RHC thanks for your response but as an Affinity user Quickfile does take payment by Direct Debit - I just cant find the settings to change bank account. Hopefully someone from support will reply soon. T

maybe it is worth, next time, to mention that you refer to affinity.

Basically, you have to cancel the old direct debit and setup a new one. To do so, go to Account Setting and click Billing in your affinity account.
