I have sent a Direct Debit mandate to a new client and have been advised that they need to signatories on direct debits but I cannot see a way to require this through the system.
Can anyone advise?

If you send the link as normal, the form they will have to fill out will contain a tick box for this option. GoCardless will advise your client on how to proceed from there.
