Direct debit set up problems customer in Ireland

Hi a customer who lives in Dublin tells me the Direvt Debit authorisation will not recognise his postcode or bank account details, it says invalid ?

This would be a query for GoCardless to help with I’m afraid, as your account for the direct debit collections is with them. However, assuming your client isn’t based in Northern Ireland, I don’t see there being an issue as Ireland is a listed country that’s supported (albeit, it’s not the same direct debit scheme as the UK, which may be where the issue lies).
