DirectLink and name fields not autofilling when sending invoice

I have set up a client and raised an invoice, but when I try to send it, the name and DirectLink fields on the standard email do not autofill. I could type the info, but have no idea where to find the link for my customer to log in to see the invoice. What am I doing wrong please?

Are you seeing that before or after sending the email? Only when you click the send button will it send the email and fill in the tags.

Hi,
in addition to daithespark, you can cc yourself and the email is sent to your email account too and you can have a look how the email your customer receives looks like.
