How do I enter and tag directors loan to properly show as unpaid liability at the and of the accounting period?

for example , use of home , you can journal it
Dr Misc exp or use of home (if you have created new code)
Cr Director loan a/c
Regular operational costs, including salaries, were paid with the directo’s investment. Part of it has been refunded to the director, but the company has remaining liabilities to pay back.
