Disappearing new profile

I have just set up a new client profile from my affinity screen as normal. I set her up as a user and the email was confirmed as sent. I thought it would be nice to set up a colour scheme that matched her branding, but when I changed it and clicked “home” it went out to the login screen. Aha, I thought, I will log back in through Affinity, but the new profile does not appear on my affinity list. What have I done wrong? I tried to re-attach using “add existing profile” but it advised the account is already linked.


Hi @wizard, I’m looking at your Affinity Dashboard, what is the name of the profile in question? Should you choose send the details in prv message.
