Discrepencies on Affinity Dashboard

Hello,

We have some discrepencies on our Affinity Dashboard:

Client 6131402840 accounts have been filed and still showing overdue on the Dashboard.
Client 6131476915 New CS01 Filed (replacement of annual return) still showing overdue on the Dashboard.
Client 6131445471 New CS01 Filed (replacement of annual return) still showing to be filed on the dashboard.

Could you please let us know how to amend this? Thank you.

I’ve taken a look at those accounts individually, and it appears that the company number on their account is being returned as invalid. However, I can see that they are valid and have confirmed via the Companies House online check.

I’ve passed this to a colleague and will report back shortly.

@ElpisBS - We identified a technical issue which was as a result of the updates they made on the 30th June. As a result some accounts were marked as having invalid company numbers as they couldn’t be verified. We’re having these re-checked and updated. It may take a short while, but it should resolve itself this afternoon.
