I can’t see the “File Your Company Accounts” on my Dashboard for some reason? And I can’t see my company number either?
Is this because I’ve not renewed my Power Subscriber option?
My accounts are registered on your system as small.
Please advise as my accounts are now due and I’d prefer a QuickFile Accountant.

Do you know if you’re already connected to an accountant’s Affinity Account? As this will stop the message from showing to you.
Yes, the last accountant still seems to be attached! How can I get him off? It seems to be greyed out.

If you go to Account Settings >> Team Management and scroll down so that you can see your accountant there is an option above them to remove them.
